A learning algorithm may be able to take care
of that, if the total number of potential synapses is
not overwhelming. False synapses will simply end
up having zero strengthes. I think if the potential
number is under 100 times the number of real synapses
it'll still be OK. I need to run some simulations first
to get familiar with it (highly simplistic ones).
