This is interesting.

How much this could cost?
How much the cost could be reduced?
How much time could be needed to "read" a human brain?

I suppose the least problematic part of uploading will solve itself in
few years.

Simulating the brain, elaborate the fix for a frozen/preserved brain
and reconstruct the brain will be more tricky.
