You seem to be quite confident that current theories of synaptic
plasticity sufficiently describe what really goes on in the brain.
I'm thinking hard about this, maybe you know better. Specifically
do we really know where is ALL the information in the brain?

Thanks, his group's research on capillary blood flow is interesting
and significant, also relevant to fNMR.
