[MURG] Graduate Programs in Computational Neurobiology

I hope this is an appropriate forum to ask this
question:

Does anyone have any good suggestions for masters or
phd programs in mathematical modeling of neurobiology,
biologically plausible neural network models, etc. 
Obviously I've found a few independently, but
surely there must be many others.  Any ideas?
