About The Enticy Institute
The Enticy Institute is the future center of brain studies world wide. 

With technology for the most revolutionary advancement in data processing and transmission, since the first binary computer, as well as the exact functions of the human brain, the Phoenix Arizona area will become the international leader in technology. 

Once implemented, this technology will change the transmission of data over the Internet, allowing standard telephone lines, to carry greater than broadband content, with no resistance, no heat, no current, and instant communication. 

The Enticy Institute: where brain building will result in less suffering, and more understanding, by being able to watch an artificial life, intelligent, human level, brain, think. 

The Enticy Institute is committed to brain health, efficient energies and education, will be formed in Arizona and locate in the Valley of The Sun, to utilize the science of Neutronics Neuromorphology in building the world's first and only, intelligent, artificial life, human level brain, android: Enticy One. The prototype, 'Little Ricci" is presented in video, image and descriptive materials at this site. 

The search for the causes of intelligence, cognition and sensory perception in order to treat diseases and conditions of the brain have been caught up in the quest for locating and dealing with the hardware (brain parts, in neuroscience and drug research) and the result, (in artificial intelligence and psychiatry). Only the science of artificial intelligence has attempted to replicate the processes being performed by those parts. But now, AI has switched from duplicating brain processes to duplicating the processes brains result in while most protocols employed by AI have no relation whatsoever to how the brain does anything. 

It is time for the species to understand how the brain works; to employ that understanding in helping people correct problems instead of covering them up and it is time the pseudo-science of brain studies comes to an end. 

The only way to accomplish that is to build a brain that thinks without programming or random processes, contemplates environment from memory perspective and learns through trial and error while developing its own personality. EnticyOne is the ONLY device ever designed able to do it all. 

How? EnticyOne is designed in the exact process flow of the human brain and includes movement, speech, vision and hearing whereby once and for all, the scientific community will be forced to understand the brain from the inside out instead of concentrating on only what it does. 

EnticyOne will be constructed at the Enticy Institute in Phoenix, Arizona and will be focused on providing open access to all processes to all registered and interested academic advisors, observers, and approved clients. 

EnticyOne will provide a working experimental device for the study of brain disorders, functions and therapies on a time available basis to recognized academic and U.S. Government facilities. 

Project Details: 

Goals & Objectives: Goal #1: To transfer the process of the brain to portable chip design. Goal #2: To transfer the process of motion to mechanical development. Goal #3: To continue the already proven technology of Neutronics Dynamic System electromotive processing. Goal #4: To construct and train a fully conscious, human level android unit without mobility. Goal #5: To convert to mobility. Goal $6: To stop the insanity of ignorance that permeates brain studies and psychiatric protocols. 

Clientele: 

1: The U. S. Government will be the primary client following proof of the product as there is one thing for sure: NO SYSTEM EVER DEVELOPED UNTIL NOW IS THE REAL BRAIN SYSTEM. 2: Software applications will eliminate all branches of artificial intelligence as it was started to duplicate what the brain does and once replaced by how the brain actually works will have nothing left to play with. 3: Universities and Hospitals will have replicated study models available for lease. 

Methods: 

Understanding how the human brain works is very hard to do if one is trained in the fictional methods of observational illusions. Ignorance defends itself at all costs. 

A development institute will be establised in Arizona to act as both the resource clearing house for brain studies and the construction center for Enticy Models of Intelligent Machines and truly intelligent software applications. 

Software versions of the working hardware EnticyOne model will be offered to academic institutions and medical researchers before being commercialized. 

Staff / Administration: 

The project will employ equally staffed departments of three members each for mechanics, hydraulics, chip design, assembly, training, fabrication and programming. A total of 21 staff members. 

Administration will consist of one administrator, one assistant, two clerical positions and one public relations expert. A total of 5 personnel. 

Available Resources: 

All plans, working prototypes, software executions (for software versions, not the EnticyOne, which is hardware only) and mechanical designs are available and need scaling for this project.

Personnel: 

Staffing will be conducted through a proprietary testing procedure seeking intelligence and self-awareness. 

Facility: 

The facility will consist of 8,000 square feet of rather low expense former retail space in Apache-Junction, Arizona. 

Evaluation Plan: 

An advisory board of leading researchers in applicable fields will be established upon funding to provide oversight and critique as well as hands-on evaluation of each step of development. 

Department leaders will work closely with their advisory panel members and keep them up to date on progress as well as provide testing parts for independent evaluation while development is underway. 

The plan will be successful when the EnticyOne is turned on. Within 9 months after 'birth' EnticyOne will gain complete control over its motor functions and begin to display completely intelligent behavior. 

At the conclusion of the initial three year funding period license fees for commercialization of technologies will sustain the institute. 

Conclusion: 

This is NOT a program that creates it own fictional 'brain' like CAM. 

This is NOT a program that creates its own illusions like COG. 

This is NOT Artificial Intelligence. 

This is REAL INTELLIGENCE. 

And this is the knowledge to ease the minds of countless suffering people, train children young to live a healthy life and cause communication between peoples based in a single understanding.

Since the science of brain dynamics is presented here, the purpose of this site is to begin the creation of The Enticy Institute. The Enticy Institute will create a Human Brain Dynamics machine, serve as the central information provider for brain studies and replace all efforts to identify what the brain does, with verifiable fact. 

Enhanced Brain Dynamics has already been created and is presented here as the Little Ricci robot and ROACH PC game for demonstration along with quite a few papers detailing specific aspects of Human Brain Dynamics. 

Whether your background, will permit the inclusion of the potential, that the Human Brain IS understandable or not, will determine how hard this material will be to comprehend.

This IS the presentation of the fundamental causal system of the brain. NOT a theory, not conjecture, not wishes, not hopes, not desires, not emotional attachment, not defense of a learned thought process created from someone else. This IS the brain.
