Hi All,

Yes, there has been another problem. My original public DNS servers have
been down and I am in the process of migration to different DNS servers.
For some reason this outage caused the mailing list program "Mailman" to
get into a loop, in which a cron job that periodically attempts to resend
undelivered messages sent the same messages over and over again. I have
temporarily removed the cron job while I figure out what's going on. So I
sincerely hope this message reaches you all ONCE.
