[MURG] minduploading.org and MURG downtime for OS upgrade

Hi all,

Today, minduploading.org and MURG will be unavailable for a period of
several hours beginning around 9:30 (U.S. Eastern Time).
I will be upgrading the OS on the server to Hardened Server Gentoo Linux
2.6 (hardened-dev-sources) - which is considered stable despite the "dev"
designation. Once this is completed, further updates should be more easy
and more transparent (at home Gentoo has served me well).
