Maybe I should make a correction... I think Alex is at least half
right because MU does not require AI at all! AFAIK, MU *research*
is already feasible with current technologies (which is not the
same as saying MU is currently feasible). I'm not sure about the
converse, whether AI requires neuroscience.

Now, it seems the problem with MU is primarily a financing problem.
