[MURG] Uploading IP (intellectual property)

Things are going slow again, how about another
round of brainstorming?

Shall we start patenting uploading and trade the
resulting IP securities publicly, and also involve
the pharmaceutical industries into the loop? They
are directly involved in proteomics and bioassays
and therefore should be strictly instrumental in
building the neurochemical database.

I assume they'll need the information during drug
discovery and the IP securities may just be an
extra bonus for them.
