I was talking to Randal yesterday and mentioned this
old NSF/DOC sponsored report titled "Converging
Technologies for Improving Human Performance:
Nanotechnology, Biotechnology, Information Technology
and Cognitive Science" which he said he'd never heard
of. I thought it would be of interest so despite its
age I thought I'd send it out. The full ~482 page pdf
