I'm not quite sure what you mean by immanentization.

But maybe you're right afterall, IP can only protect
inventions that are already being utilized and turning
a profit. If the invention is not being utilized then
its patent does not offer any advantage (maybe some
slight, indirect advantages but I'm not sure). There-
-fore the conclusion is that IP cannot help MU (under
current law of 20-year patent life). And therefore,
MU cannot be commercialized until we're at least close
to within 20 years of achieving it.

One more reason to turn to AI.
