If mind uploading was available, with only 1:1 processing speed and
robotic bodies which were no more capable (or even a bit less capable)
than human bodies I would take it tomorrow. The reason can be
expressed in one word: backups.

Well it probably will anyway, but you don't have to assume superpowers
to make uploading look good to a healthy person.
