CENTRAL PROCESSING OF THE LATERAL LINE IN XENOPUS: POSTDOC / PHD STUDENT
POSITION

We offer a postdoc position for up to 4 years (or 2 PhD student
positions), for an investigation of the neurophysiology of the lateral
line system of the clawed frog Xenopus. Ideal candidates would be able
to combine theoretical and technical approaches on the matter, and
should be working in close collaboration with the Institute of
Theoretical Biology. The modelling of information processing in the LL
system is one of the goals further down the line. The job is immediately
available for qualified applicants. The position will be well embedded
in international collaborations. Applicants who might be interested to
have a great time in Berlin studying neural computation of an exciting
sensory system (and its relations to auditory processing) are asked to

anyone suggested as a possible candidate.
