Randal, why is the list archive not world-visible/subscribers-only?

I think it would be a good idea to move to a Wiki/blog as a publishing model
with multiple submitters.

I'm testing a new HA infrastructure right now, and will be more than happy to host
MURG, and take care of administration once it's operational (about Jan/Feb 2005).
