Hm. Beats me. Let's see how everyone else thinks about this: Take a look
at our list archive and tell me if you feel it should/shouldn't be
world-visible.
(My vote: world visible.)

Eugene, perhaps you can educate me a little on the options available in
such a model. I recently came across a rather disturbing evaluation of the
Wikipedia as highly unreliable due to the potential meddling of editors
with incorrect knowledge. Can a Wiki/blog be set up to accept multiple
submissions, but still be under some form of editorial control?
