[MURG] MURG website

I have been thinking that Plone (http://plone.org/) can be a good
platform to base the MURG website on.
It is used on one of the sites I contribute to, and I think it is a
powerful and easy to use system, ideal to implement a multi author
publishing scheme. All members can publish private content, but only
members with special privileges can publish material visible to the
external world. Comes with wiki and blogs.
