[MURG] Uploading via memory implants?

a quick note: memories actually are localized: visual memories are
stored in visual association areas, motor memories in motor areas,
etc...

what's a "memory extension" anyhow?

I don't think the small percentage of neurons a brain implant would
communicate with would be enough to reproduce much of the mind in a
computer
