I was thinking about http://www.ez.no/ez_publish/demo
backed by PostgreSQL. We're going to use it internally for our company
anyway, so it would be easy to set up a second instance of it.

Right now we're still working on building a HA system based on a hardened
Linux. It's slow going, so I think end February/March is earliest when we
could host MURG.
