I haven't looked, but I'd surprised if we could do much better than 1/8th of
a mm^3. Even if it was as good as MRI spectroscopy, it's still a far cry from
TEM's ~nm resolution.

You can't. Sensitivity is limited, and so is field strength. We've had quite
