Thomas:
I am just trying to re-visualize DaVinci's Mona Lisa
as a mental experiment. She is kind of good looking,
dark hair, mysterious smile... some back ground ...
just a few details I really remember. We are all
familar with Mona Lisa, but very few of us could
re-create the painting. So perhaps our memory doesn't
hold the entire painting, but only several detailed
measurements which we use to recognize her, or any
human face for that sake. If we manage to transfer
enough detail about Mona Lisa from the brain to the
computer, so that the computer recognises the
painting, then perhaps that is all we really need.
Kind Regards,
Thomas Weber
