Suppose a technology was available to allow (biological) you to
completely forget everything you ever knew about a person.
Suppose further that your ex-girlfriend demanded that you take this
treatment in order that you forget her. Would you feel any obligation
to do so? I would not.
My memories of my ex are part of ME, not part of her and I feel no
obligation whatever to act on her wishes with respect to those
memories.
Mind uploading in no way changes this situation, the answer to your
question is "B".
