Hold the phone! No one and I mean not anyone make a move until first a 
consnsus is reached and we have a bonefide organization to admin the 
prize created. And by cretaed I mean with tax exempt stautus and all in 
place. This is crucial. No jumping the gun. I know what I'm talking 
about, I work for the Mprize, Methuselah Mouse Prize.
