 I haven't used it before, but I want to know if image segmentation
 is sufficient for reconstructing neuron morphologies (from brain
 scans / slices).  Or if other machine vision technologies are needed?
 
 It seems that the problem of figuring out various biochemical
 pathways are a more serious challenge to uploading, and that needs
 to be automated as well.
