[Murg] who's the author(s) of the wikipedia article?

If you click the history tab at the top of the wiki page you can see
each change as it was added and the user who added it (or their IP
address if they had no username)
It seems that the person who added mention of Joe, Randal, and MURG
had the IP address 24.15.170.64, but left no name.
